As in any business, our success depends on your satisfaction. Quality products and service go hand-in-hand and these are our goals. Every order is important to us is is treated with the same care and attention to detail regardless of size. To meet your expectations, we have established the following guidelines:

Shipping Charges: Our customers are charged only for the products and shipping costs. Our products are custom made to you order. While orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days after receipt of your order, there may be times when it takes a few days longer. Please use a current active email address. Your notice of shipment and receipt will be emailed to you. If your email address is not correct, you will not receive your shipping notification or receipt.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer. In order to insure timely and safe delivery of orders, all order are shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Mail. Damage of any kind to the package or contents should be reported to us immediately as claims must be taken to the shipper. We will immediately provide you with any documentation needed to file a claim and we will do anything else possible to assist you.

Sales Tax: Being in Texas, we are required by law to charge sales tax (8.25%) to Texas residents.

No free samples: While we value your patronage, our items are individually handmade to order, so we do not provide free samples. A votive or Roly Poly offers an inexpensive way to test our great scents before ordering larger candles.

Return policies: Candles may be exchanged provided you contact us within 7 days and are given an authorization code. Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of where an incorrect item has been shipped). The returned items cannot have been lit and must not be damaged. Unauthorized returns and custom orders will not be exchanged. Though we are a small business, we do believe that quality customer service is just as important as a quality product. Should you have any problem with our candles, PLEASE notify us by e-mail immediately.

Privacy: E-mail address or other information provided by you is NOT provided to any other person or entity. We will communicate with you by e-mail concerning your order and occasional e-mails may be sent to you concerning special offers.

Safety: In an effort to enhance your enjoyment of our candles, each order will include information on the proper method of using and caring for your candle, as well as a caution label on the bottom of the container. We encourage our customers to become familiar with this information as our ability to provide you with a satisfactory resolution to your problem may be adversely affected should you fail to properly care for the candle.
